iWave.Energy is an Afro-Futurist art and music publishing firm based in Brooklyn, New York, founded by the artist-designer and singer-songwriter Menes Kedar in October 2021. Menes attained a bachelor’s degree in art and design from North Carolina State University’s College of Design and a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Kedar’s father “Kruma” was a Pan-African painter and poet who eventually fell ill due to lung cancer, giving his remaining works to Menes to publish and propagate after their 30-year collaboration. The company produces events and merchandises art and music into various monetizable mediums which include but are not limited to video, posters, apparel, accessories, and non-fungible tokens. iWave.Energy is funded through B2B services, streaming royalties, online sales, ticket sales, and vending at local events .

Menes Kedar
The founder of Iwave.Energy. Menes Kedar is an artist-designer, singer-songwriter, producer-engineer hailing from St. Thomas USVI. Raised in Durham North Carolina, he was introduced to Hip Hop and began studying the elements at the age of 7. He went on to publish multiple albums, and attain a BA in Art and Design from NCSU’s College of Design. He is currently Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University. Kruma Kedar
An accomplished artist, born in St. Kitts Virgin Islands. He began painting at age 8 and amassed a large following with his highly detailed veristic approach to painting. He published a book of poems entitled “The LIttle Book to be EAten” in the early 2000s. HIs artwork covers topics related to black history and futures, as well as spiritual topics, numerology, sacred geometry and more. Kruma was one of an early adopter of Rasta culture in the Virgin Islands in the 70s.
